Homemade Cold-brew Iced Coffee.

I have been making my own cold-brew iced coffee and it is delicious!

First you'll need to soak 1 part coffee grinds in 4 parts water (in the fridge) for at least
24 - 48 hours.

AND

Almonds overnight.

- When ready -

You can use a french press or even a milk bag to strain the coffee grinds.
Set aside in a clean bottle.

Rinse almonds and put in blender with 4 parts water. Blend. Strain
through a milk bag or cheese cloth. I run the milk back through the blender with
a little vanilla and raw honey for taste. Then store in a clean bottle.

Keep the pulp to make almond meal later!

Now pour the coffee over ice and add in the milk till desired color. Stir.
